Great Luggage!

Used this set for the first time this past weekend and was impressed! I was able to pack everything I needed and the large piece and carryon piece were enough for me. The handles are sturdy and the 4 wheels per unit are smooth and tough.

I wanted to comment about my customer service rep, Maureen, who has been great at helping me resolve some issues with an order and replacement unit. She took care of things within minutes of me contacting inUSA and followed to make sure I was satisfied. That level of customer service is sorely lacking in most companies today. Kudos to her and I hope their leadership recognizes her effort!
