- Orders received before 10am EST ship in 1 business days. Orders received after 10am ship within 2 business days.
- Depending on your location, you can expect your order to arrive between 1-6 days. Please review the map below for specific transit times to your destination.
- Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, but they are still covered by our limited warranty policies.

We encourage our customers to register for FedEx Delivery Manager which is a solution that gives residential packages recipients more control over their deliveries. It will allow you to receive alerts, request a hold for pickup at a convenient location, sign for packages online and provide delivery instructions.

My package(s) show delivered but I haven't received them
In situations where the package has been delivered by FedEx but you haven't received it, please call FedEx immediately to report the issue and open a Delivery Dispute to locate the packages. Afterwards, please email us at info@inusaluggage.com to notify us of the issue.
InUSA Customer Care will reply back with instructions and information of the process to resolve this situation on our end.
