The next morning, I received a call from a very pleasant customer service rep by the name of Marilyn, who informed me that the item I ordered was out of stock.
She then advised me that due to the inconvenience, I could select another item from either of their websites. I selected a set that was more costly, prepared to pay the difference, but Marilyn informed me that wouldn’t be necessary, given the inconvenience.
She was so very pleasant, accommodating,, knowledgeable and professional that when she advised that she was a new employee, I almost couldn’t believe it.
I received my luggage via FedEx (no shipping charges) the very next day, and can’t say enough about it.
It is attractive, durable, and has all of the features that I was looking for, including the integrated scale which is a necessity for those of us who overpack.
In addition, Marilyn also included their packing cube set which was beyond what I expected and so very thoughtful.
