Shipping policy
- Free Shipping and Free returns for all US orders ( only applies to orders within continental US states).
- For international orders: shipping will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any tariffs, import duties, or any fees incurred for importing.
- Your order ships from Florida, you can expect your order to arrive between 1-5 days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships.

- If you place an order before 1:00 pm EST time, we'll ship it that same day.
- Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for items returned in brand new condition. Products must have all of its parts, hangtag, plastic protectors and arrive in a box.
- Items eligible for a return or exchange must be within 30 days of delivery.
Items sent back with signs of wear will be returned to sender.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
- We offer free returns on US orders that consist of 2 items or less.
International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility ( Including Tariffs, import duties, and any importing fees). Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate an international return or exchange.
- Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, but they are still covered by our warranties.
*ALL International buyers are responsible for import taxes / duties and the full cost of shipping both ways if an item is returned*

We encourage our customers to register for FedEx Delivery Manager which is a solution that gives residential packages recipients more control over their deliveries. It will allow you to receive alerts, request a hold for pickup at a convenient location, sign for packages online and provide delivery instructions.
