InUSA® products carry a 10 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. If a problem occurs or a defect appears during the warranty period, InUSA Manufacturing LLC, in its discretion, will repair or replace the product with another product of equal or greater value (less S&H) in accordance to the terms and conditions stated herein.

This warranty only applies to the first purchaser of the product and it applies for ten years from the date this product was purchased. The product should be returned to us, and the customer is responsible for all costs of getting the product to our facilities. In addition of the product, we require the client to send the warranty tag, and original receipt of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor does it cover repairs made by unauthorized personnel. It does not cover damaged caused by public carriers (airlines, bus, rail, or cruise lines). If the luggage is damaged by carriers, the customer must immediately claim with the carriers concerned. This warranty only applies in the Continental U.S., and the policy could change without notice. This warranty is intended to give the customer specific legal rights and in addition to the rights described here, the customer may also have other legal rights which may vary from state to state. For any warranty request please send an e-mail to info@inusaluggage.com to obtain information and/or a return authorization number. Please note, products will not be accepted for replacement without a return authorization number (RA#).
