Review of SERVICE

A corner wheel got busted off my suitcase at the airlines. I emailed this company, who makes these rolling suitcases, hoping to get a replacement as the suitcase was barely 1 year old. They did everything they possible could to accommodate me and were ultra helpful. I sent the information in they required, and they said it would be sent out right away... AND IT WAS COVERED by their warranty! So if you buy one of these you can expect to be treated very well at their service department. I put on the new roller on, they sent to me, and my case is good as new. I surely wanted to leave a great review because they were great. Love the suitcase also and it was worth fixing still!

Perfect for my trip! No zipper issues No dent issues. It's a hard plastic that maybe in the future may get a dent. However lots of room.

Love these suitcases!

I love these suitcases and they are holding up great! They have made it to California, Louisiana, Tennessee, and South Carolina with just some mild scuffs. Very easy to maneuver. I got the red because I wanted something easy to find at the airport. Very pleased with this purchase!
